• Using HIL tank with SS quick release buckle, you do not have to adjust. It is easy to use.
• Assemble the tank band on cylinder.
• Put the clamp onto the D-ring.
• Pull the webbing tight, close the buckle.
• No need to adjust it when you use it the next time.
