FEATURES 

• The oral inflator has a build in OPV. When user inflate the signal tube, the OPV on PU tube will release air if the pressure is more than 3 PSI, the signal tube will not explode. When user deflate the signal tube, please insert the cap into PU tube, when user roll the signal tube, the air will continue to release, do not need to press the inflator for releasing air. 
• Open bottom, easy for inflating by 2nd stage regulator.
• Available for oral inflation, getting a cheap cost. 
• Bungee cord in the bottom for rolled up. 
• A swivel clip is easy to attach to the BC.
• Equipped with a reel with 15m high-visibility line
